BUYING
Key Acquisition Criteria
1.Retirement sale
The owner is 50 years or older and is retiring from the business.
2.Steady Earnings
Seller Discretionary Earnings (EBITDA plus owner compensation) of $400K to $5M in two of the last three years, in two of the last three years, as proven by tax returns.
3.Owner transition period
The owner should be open to a transition period, with mutually agreed-upon compensation, lasting three months or more. This facilitates a smooth transition and provides ample time for training the incoming General Manager.
5.Simple ownership
We prefer working with one retiring owner or a couple. Acquisitions with more owners will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4.One or more managers
The company should have at least one manager or supervisor handling key aspects such as dispatch, sales, or project management.
6.Real Estate Consideration
In cases involving real estate, we are open to both multi-year leases and real estate purchases, depending on the specifics of the situation.

We're the only buyer, it takes our acquisition team about 90 days to close after signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) in a regular deal setup. With annuity deal structures, around 3-4 weeks
